It is a mature Ms. Badu you are listening to. All her emotions pouring into this album, as she mentioned that it’s all about right brain. Without doubt, Madlib, James Poyser, 9th Wonder, Georgia Anne Muldrow and the late J Dilla had done their jobs to secure her crown. You know, she’s an artist and she’s sensitive about her shit.
